Standard Order (Non Custom)
All order with less than 6 in stock items ship within 3 business days if ordered alone or with other in stock items. Orders containing out of stock items ship in approximately one week unless otherwise arranged. Orders containing 6 or more separate items may require additional processing time. If your order contains more than 6 items, please contact us to get a scheduled ship date.
Domestic Shipments (continental United States)
Our shipping provider (FedEx) delivers packages Monday through Friday. We do our best to avoid shipping packages over the weekend or holidays. If you have special shipping requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order is shipped, it is estimated to arrive at your door within 3-5 days. Although rare, sometimes deliveries are delayed due to your country's customs policies. Unfortunately, this is not something we can account for in advance. By choosing international shipment you agree that we will not be held accountable in any way for such occurrences.
All custom products require 3 weeks for processing (1 week for all reorders). All custom projects also require a one-time artwork set up fee. A temporary set up allows for a single run of your custom project; your artwork template will not be stored for future reorders. A permanent set up allows for your artwork to be held for up to 15 months of nonuse. If you will be ordering a specific design less frequently than 15 months apart, a temporary artwork set up is recommended each time.

Heat Safe Guarantee:
Transfer sheets and chocolate wafers are heat sensitive, but we guarantee all domestic shipments against melting or other damage only when "1 Day Shipping w/ Morning Delivery", "1 Day Shipping" or "2 Day Shipping w/ Morning Delivery" is chosen at checkout and the signature requirement is not waived. You may choose to waive the signature confirmation by contacting us immediately after placing your order, however, if you choose to waive your signature you are also waiving the guarantee of a heat safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for packages left on a doorstep or in a mailbox.
*International shipments are not guaranteed heat safe or against other damages due to the longer shipping time involved; however, we do our best to ensure a safe arrival by packaging all shipments with gel ice packs and insulation.
Unclaimed Mail Policy:
It is important you provide a valid email address so you can receive tracking information for your order. If you are not available to accept your package for any reason, we are no longer responsible for damaged or melted product nor can we offer a refund for any part of the order. In the event that FedEx is unable to deliver your package, their policy is to hold the package for 5 business days and contact you, the customer, via a written note or email to resolve any issues. If they do not receive a response by the final business day, your package is returned to us. If your package is returned you may opt to pay additional shipping to have your order reshipped.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
We only accept returns if the product is defective and ChocoTransferSheets.com is notified of the defect within 24 hours of receipt. If a product is defective, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost to you. Returns and refunds are approved on a case by case basis and photos may be required.
Please note: All transfer sheet and chocolate wafer products (standard design and custom) are hand printed every time and may not line up exactly as expected. ChocoTransferSheets.com reserves the right to determine if a product is considered defective because of offset printing. Photos may be required.
Rush jobs cannot be returned/refunded for any reason.
